Success Stories Of Implementing eCRM

The benefits of using eCRM are exemplified when the big phone giant Nokia hired an eCRM solution company called Salesforce to implement a eCRM system. SalesForce created a universal reporting system for Nokia’s Americas, APAC and EMEA divisions. As a result Nokia discovered that the eCRM system provided more consistency across different regions and functions. Improve collaboration and productivity between its sales departments.
